Our Premint Process aspires to protect:

1) The Community itself - preference will be given to taco enthusiasts who were part of a Taquero or Taqueria invitation or already hold another token that is specific to Mexican Culture

2) The Floor Price - looking to make sure we avoid as much of the speculators and quick turn artists that drive a low floor price
